Jie han (韩杰)’s research is primarily focused on the application of cutting-edge technologies such as single-cell multi-omics, biomedical big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. He places great importance on studying the intrinsic complexity of biological systems, spanning from molecular to cellular and even tissue levels, to uncover their diversity and dynamic changes. His expertise lies in adeptly integrating knowledge and techniques from diverse fields to construct more systematic and precise physiological and pathological models. These models are used to unveil crucial factors in biological events and explore the molecular intricacies of disease progression, as well as the regulatory networks governing normal physiological states. This ultimately drives innovation in the development of novel therapeutic approaches for diseases. During his academic career, Dr. Han has utilized biomedical big data to decode the field of musculoskeletal system regeneration, publishing multiple high-impact papers in renowned journals, thereby showcasing his exceptional competence in this domain.
